Cancellation Policy
Updated March 18, 2026Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund, less a $10 fee per cancelled campsite and applicable credit card processing fees (5%).
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in 25% of the total value being non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
Is there electricity?
Powered campsites are ONLY within section D.
Is there firewood for sale?
Yes, bundles of firewood can be purchased at the office building.
Are there washrooms?
A washroom hut is available next to the office building. Porta-potties are around the campgrounds.
Are there showers?
Yes, coin-operated showers (loonies and toonies) are available next to the office building.
Can I get water?
A public water tank is available next to the office building. Recommended to boil before drinking.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
What do the icons mean?
1. Large Group Fee is a one-time payment for each campsite being reserved with a group size exceeding the recommended capacity.
